Our application process

Our application process should be as transparent and clear as possible for you. We normally take around four weeks to respond to applicants, although this may vary depending on the position for which you’re applying.

• 

  You’ve overcome your first hurdle! We have received your application – what happens now?
  
  Our goal is to get back to you with answer as quickly as possible. We understand that you invest time and effort into each application and that’s why we’d like to give ourselves enough time to carefully review applications. We often need more time to review speculative applications.

• 

  If your application stands out, we will invite you to attend an online interview lasting approx. 30 minutes with a team member from our HR department. This interview will give you the chance to get a little insight into the role and the company. Quick tip: Be curious and ask all the questions you want to know about the position and about us.

• 

   The second interview will take place at our office in Osnabrück. This is where you will get to know your future colleagues from the department and get your first insight into our company’s culture. You will also be asked to complete a small task independently and then present to us.

• 

  If you successfully complete both interviews, we will invite you to join our TPB family! We look forward to hearing from you!
